Prices have stayed pretty stable around here over the last couple of months ($3.45 cash).
It's my understanding that NO president can really take credit for low, or be blamed for high, fuel prices.

If that's the implication then George W. had the highest prices at $4.70 in July 2008 and Barack the lowest at $2.00 in February 2016.
