Oh I bought a Splendide drain pan!...I only discovered that it was not installed until we were ready to leave on a big trip 2 months later. I suppose I could press them into installing the pan for me...but like I said - they are scheduling things like this for 2-3 months out. I am tempted to go with the "less brain damage" method and try to do it myself. I am not sure how the units are held in place. It will be a pain in rear either way I choose.

Just to be clear...is the drain pan attached to the washer unit...therefore is "came with a drain pan already installed" Or is the drain pan a separate piece to be installed on the closet floor first? I bought a separate pan.
