If it's 20 years old and insurance will cover the cost of a new roof, take the opportunity to replace the whole thing. A guy at my storage facility just had his entire roof replaced on his Grand Design Reflection, for damage caused by a tree and the bill was $9,000.00. Covered by insurance.
