I checked the placard and trailer has 6K rated axles.
I’m thankful for the great conversation my inquiry has generated .
It has given me a better education from you more experienced rv owners .
I completely agree with all sides of the discussion.
For me it’s more a matter of application.
I was aware of and was seriously considered getting g rated tires .
My reluctance in getting g rated tires is because here on Long Island we do a fair amount of beach camping which would require me to air down the trailer tires for better flotation .
It’s an absolute must when towing on the beach.
My understanding is I will not only ruin an all steel tire but it wouldn’t offer the flotation needed and I might even pop a bead .
My absolute thanks for everyone’s input.
