Looking at your water heater picture, it looks like the water is coming out the anode hole where the anode rod goes in. Use teflon tape on the anode rod threads and do NOT OVER tighten it. It's a tapered fitting.

Thanks while u guys are in here i have 2 black tanks black 1 us almost full will it spill to black 2 before i need to drian?
