I took a look at your account and see that you are signed up for the newsletter. it looks like none have been delivered since July 19th and the noted reason in the email logs is "soft bounce"
This means we sent it but it was refused. This can be for a variety of reasons: a full inbox, perhaps it was marked as spam inadvertently or your isp marked it as spam and it not delivering it to your inbox. You might try contacting them...
