I no longer enjoy changing oil and leave it to others. That turns out to be Ford dealers and not the knuckle draggers at the quick lube places particularly when I am out of town (when most of my changes occur). The last time the service guy came and got me no more than 10 minutes after I left the truck with him. Turns out the last place (my local dealer where I bought the truck) to chnage the oils stripped the threads on it and consequently the pan.

I emailed the service manager at the local dealer detailing what was found and my displeasure with the tech who obviously ignored the problem. The good news is my service manager paid for the replacement pan, plug and the oil change. Try that at your local quick lube shop.
