Greeting all, following is email I sent to dealer service dept; any ideas?

Hello Lydia, just got back from 2 months touring SE US with HC. No real issues just normal panels coming "un-nailed" in nose and trim falling off. BUT, bedroom slide (the one McDowell replaced in Dec 2022) stalled/stopped one time towards the end or our trip. We had to retract and start slide out again and it worked then and then worked 2 more times with no issue. I saw some black paint and very slight aluminum scraped off bottom front track located in first 18" of track but nothing terrible. Every time; we slide out/in we hold power button for 3-5 seconds at end of travel as we were instructed. BTW: we NEVER slide out/in without being level.

Is there anything I should check or anything I can do to be proactive regarding having this system NOT fail again?
