My wife and I will celebrate 39 later this year! Like you, our Parish Priest advised us strongly to move on. We were not compatible and it would never last.
Guess he missed it too. I would not trade her for anything now, and she says she worked too hard to train me in to give up and start over.
Kind of rare these days for marriages to last.
