I used to wonder why some people never had anything. I know now why at least some never have anything. I’m so naïve I thought if you tried to help people they would appreciate it and take care of a very nice old house. We could have got $1500 a month but we let them live in for $500. Now I’ll be out of 30 grand. Oh well. It’s done and over with so get over it and quit whining.
