Yeah i think we are pretty much stuck until this hydraulic line gets fixed. Each slide side has 2 hydraulic arms. One is totally broken and disconnected. The other one is fully connected. So it makes sense that no matter if you manually run the motor with a drill or not, since one side is completely broken off it won't build pressure at all.
It seems like the manual extend/retract process is only valid if you have hydraulic lines that can actually build up pressure.

in the event you can't build pressure in the hydraulic lines i'm not sure how you're supposed to extend or retract slides?
