Am I missing your point? According to specs for your trailer it came with ST235/80R16 LRE tires. Your wheels are rated for 3520#. The correct replacement tires in your size designation need to have a 3520# load capacity to satisfy tire industry standards for them.
Like the GY Endurance tires, the GY Marathons in size ST235/80R16 LRE also had a 3420# max load capacity at 80 PSI.
My point was, Maxxis and GY Endurance don't qualify for replacements on your trailer unless its OE tires have a 3420# load capacity.
