The screen shot below is from the 2003 sales brochure. I could not find the 1999 brochure - but I think this will give you a good idea.

The soft spots in the roof will be from damaged “plywood” - or Structurewood is what they call it in the keyed notes. The 2003 had aluminum roof joists and vinyl covered (thin) plywood ceiling panels. I assume the 1999 was similar. If the roof leaks have been stopped with good caulking - if it was me - I would find the edge limits of the soft plywood and spray marks on the membrane as a reminder for “no step”. Again - just me - if the roof is not leaking - I would not attempt to replace small areas of soft roof plywood due to my age and skill level.
