The ST255/85R16 tires will fit on the same 16x6 inch wheels as the ST235/80R16 tires. There will be a substantial size difference though. It will change your width from 9.25 inches to 10 inches and your overall diameter from 30.79 to 33.1 inches.
Are you telling me peps are upgrading to an 85 and gaining an 1 1/2 height?
Not quite Tony. LeftOverParts was referring to the Sailun 235/85/R16 tire not a 255! The 235 size tire comes in two aspect rations - 80 and 85. The 85 is 1" taller (which actually means 1/2" less clearance in the wheel wells - not a problem) than the 80 and has a higher load capacity.

The 255's will not fit well in the wheel wells (well they will until the first good pothole).
