I was going to mention the weight issue (250 lbs) until you posted that you have it permenantly parked. So that point is moot. Seriously though if you are not full timing in it then the value of on board W&D is questionable to say the least. YMMV as they say however. They are not inexpensive machines and they will certainly not stand up to regular washers and dryer in terms of durability and capacity for the money you will pay for them vs regular residential W&D. JMHO

BTW, we full time and do not have them in our rig. We spend roughly 40/mth at CG or other coin ops, comparable long term expense to buying the W&D and replacing them as you go. the hassle of doing laundry at coin op... MEH
