Well if the tech was worth his pay he would have put an amp probe on the battery cable and confirmed that by pulling the fuse for it. But the propane detector can`t be disconnected so that pulls a small amount all the time. The only way to solve this is to disconnect the battery cable or pull fuses till the amp probe stops registering a draw but I`m not a tech, just saying.
