I've been thinking a little about the unistrut. If you mount a couple 10' sections (enough for 2 panels), how would you get the spring nuts into position? Seems like it would not be easy sliding spring nuts on the rubber roof. Anytime I have used unistrut, the open side was exposed, making spring nut placement easy.

I really like the idea of being able to remove panels for service or replacement without disturbing the lags going into the roof, but I'd like to hear (photos) from someone who has actually done this.
