Kristi has again volunteered to give a class on making beaded lanyards for our nametag/badges. For most of those who have attended various rallies, we are accustomed to seeing these special pieces of art usually made out of beads, rocks and/or local minerals.

For first timer rally folks, it’s a fun way to sit & kibitz & create.

For repeat rally folks, maybe it’s time to remodel your old one or create a new one.

Again this year is the option of creating a beaded hat band or sunglass holder. For all you cowboys and cowgirls attending the Blazin’ M Dinner and wearing your cowboy hat, this would be a good time to stand out and look stylish. Yes, that includes you Butch!

No skill is needed, other than seeing the hole in the bead. Bring your cheater glasses if needed.

Kristi provides all supplies. There will be a $ 5.00 fee to cover these expenses.

All you do is choose your beads & string them. Kristi and helpers will do the rest by adding clips & crimps. If you have special beads you want to incorporate, bring them.

The class will be held on Thursday at 9:30am in space 104. Bring your own chair.

There is no need to sign up, just be there at 9:30. Also, additional craft projects and ideas will be discussed. So if you already have your lanyard(s), stop by and join in the discussion.
