break toothpicks off in screw holes to tighten loose screws. adding wood glue to the hole before the toothpicks is an option.

clothespins on the downspouts to reduce black marks. The newer Montanas have longer downspouts and do not need this.

Plywood with furniture glides on the bottom makes a good substitute for the sliding tray in the basement storage area.

One block of wood under one wheel to raise that side of the coach half the distance.
