For the shower skylight we purchased one of the metal foil covers that is supposed to be for the window on the door - They are pretty much the same size and shape.
I put more velcro out a bit further than was already on the cover and put it up on the skylight. Comes out easily when you want to take a shower - yet blocks light, heat and cold when up. Really helps with the heat in the summer.
