We had a severe sag in our Super Slide, which was noticed on the initial inspection. After several attempts at repair, on the 4th time not only was the angle iron added, and a steel plate added, in addition the stiffening laminated beam behind the fascia was replaced by a 1 x 6 x 12' oak board. This finally solved the problem. Took almost a year and a half and 4 trips to the dealer but Montana did stand behind all the costs of repair even after our 1 year warranty had expired. It is a 4 hour round trip to our dealer so our repeated dealer trips costs were extensive. However, multiple other warranty issue were corrected at the same time. We had more than our fair share of warranty issues. Our unit is now out of warranty and the number of issues has diminished significantly. The most recent issue was a water leak from the shower that looks like I have been able to fix myself.
