Let's look at the "bad" news from GM too. I always consider a new design or revamping an engine bad news for the first couple years. Here we go;
GM halting Duramax production
I personally believe it will be hard to find the Duramax you want until the new engines hit full production. As I mentioned before, many dealers have no Duramax equipped trucks in stock. Seems a Ford dealer I PMed on another forum said he could deliver in late spring (2011 model). That is with the new 6.7 engine.
