The Reese is what Ford prep was designed for, and can be ordered from Ford dealer. My F450 had to be modified and rails added to use my Curt , I refused to buy a new hitch! Someone on here stated in another thread, that other adapters are now available. My F450 was an early 2014 delivery and only hitch other than a Reese that could be used was the Companion BW. It uses the Fords goose neck provision.
