Ron, there is only one drawer in the island is under the counter top. The rest is cabinet doors. The entire bottom of the island has a false wood bottom. Probably the only cabinet Montana makes that doesn't utilize the floor as the bottom. I need to see if the bottom comes out separately. I doubt it does and I certainly don't think I want to take the whole thing out with the plumbing and electrical. I will probably use some floor out of the closet and replace the closet floor with something similar. Thanks
