I see you are in Tennessee. Not sure how the laws are set up there but if they are similar to Texas then the insurance companies cannot play the games they are in SD.

Each state is different such as Florida where you can get insurance with a mail forwarding address like Texas.

Does Tennessee have their own exchange? That may also make a difference.
