Thanks for your input. We never had any problems with the last 2010 Montana because the underbelly was heated by the onboard furnace and temps were in the mid to upper 20's. The tank heaters are new to us and there are only three switches in the control panel and they are not labeled which switch heats what tank. We were told by dealer that the three switches are for the three rear service tanks and the front fresh water tank is heated by the furnace which is right over the fresh water tank. We want to believe the dealer but they have been wrong in the past and we would rather trust our fellow MOC'ers for their views.
