LHinkle - lots of threads here with pics of the roof showing the same thing. If your unit is still under warranty then file a claim. If you notice more of the same when you are outside the warranty - the general consensus here is don’t do anything to the points where you see the nails. The membrane is not yet ripped and may never poke thru - just let it be. I plan to keep an eye on mine and use eternabond to reinforce the suspect point.
