X2 on the large propane tank.

Store your RV sewer hose & insulate a PVC sewer line (set with as much pitch as you can).
Get your water hookup and hose insulated and electrified
Probably need a de-humidifier.
Along with a couple of good electric heaters, I'd get something like a Mr Heater Big Buddy (great heater) on a 20gal tank to go under the trailer with skirting when gets real cold. With proper ventilation, you can use inside if desired, also.
Insulate door and Windows
Fan vent covers are nice to have, although you'll be under a roof.

Best of luck to you. I'm wintering here in the Ozarks, but no comparison with the kind of weather you're talking about.

There are some members who have or currently do winter in some very cold environments. Hopefully, they'll chime in.
