If you try and use any sort of strap under one of those hydraulic leveler legs and it bleeds down the 2000 psi will break most straps... you performed the internal bypass test on the same side that the leveler leg bled down on.. did you also check the opposite side mid/rear leveler legs for internal bypassing?
The RETURN SIDE hydraulic lines ( black in color ) are ALL connected in tandem for the left and right side mid/rear leveler legs.. any leak on any one of the four will cuase an issue...
Thje EXTEND side circuits are separate and isolated from each other...
