Remember auto parts in Sears catalogues? I used to order carb rebuild kits from the Sears catalogue to rebuild my carbs. Points, plugs, condensers, (what are those?
) Even ordered a muffler and tailpipe for a 1955 Chevy. Our small town didn’t have an auto parts store. But did have a small Sears catalogue store.
My son does most of his and his kids auto work. Even my daughter has replaced the brake pads a few times on her vehicles.
