[AZ Traveler]

One of my slow rise shades would not stay down. I called Cheryl at Irvine Shade in Elkhart who walked me through troubleshooting the faulty shade. She was very helpful and when it became clear I needed a new part she shipped it to me at no charge. My rig was out of warranty when I called.

All my shades work well now. Irvine Shade has excellent customer service.
