Based on what I have read here in the forum - the two likely suspects for leaks in your slide would be the windows and the trim piece along the bottom. Forum member ChuckS has a YouTube channel “The Alpine Guy” and he has a couple of videos about caulking the top of the window frame where I highlight in the sketches below. If your existing sealant looks bad - clean it of and remove the loose stuff before applying a new bead. Get up on the roof and inspect the tape along the outer frame of the slide box.

If caulking the tops of windows does not cure the problem - you can remove the entire window frame and put new butyl tape around the perimeter of the opening and reset the window.
