We have a 2016 3160RL Legacy. Since we live in SoCal, our smog/ozone attacks anything rubber on our rig. Last year I noticed my slide seals and rubber insert molding was drying out and shrinking. I started ordering new seals and rubber trim molding and replacing what was starting to deteriorate and fall apart. I've now got everything replaced except the wiper seals under the slides. The only way to replace/repair those is to fully remove the slide to access the floor where those are connected.
