We had a similar situation with our 2017 3950BR Legacy early on while under warranty. Had a Pennsylvania freeze in the teens. Took same precautions, disconnected water and filled tank, all 3 tank heaters on. Furnace running constantly. Water tank froze solid and cracked open, black and grey tanks didn't have much in them, but froze also despite heat tape on exterior lines. During the repairs we came to find that there were no heat pads on black and grey - those switches do nothing. There was a heat pad on the fresh - but it was sized for a 40 gal tank max - not the 55 gal Keystone installed it on. Still Keystone denied warranty coverage - stating any freezing is not covered. We ate thousands in replacing that fresh water tank and hotel stay. If happens again, only put a small amount of water in the fresh tank to leave room for expansion if it freezes, and check your heater pads - you'll find if they even exist, they are undersized for the tank they are installed on.
