We bought an Induction hot plate at Costco for about C$50. Looking forward to trying it out on our trip south this winter.
Last winter we brought an electric roaster which we used a few times for baking muffins and cooking a roast. Put it outside on a table so it didn't heat up the trailer. Worked great. I doubt we will use either the propane burners or stove very much this year.
