McNeal is absolutely correct. Something they don't tell you at the walk through. Aside from Swhinteck being installed on a slide that is too large for what it's designed for and needing to be installed correctly as it has zero tolerance for misalignment..... make sure to support the axle weight on the slide side when leveling. Particularly with the large slides. Let the axles hang and that hole will not be square! All tracks, gears and shoes were replaced on mine.
