Finding who is attached to a member number is pretty easy. Click on the second, smaller brown ribbon where it says Community and select MOC Member Ids from the pull down list. You will have to do a sort of Binary Search to find the right page as there are 208 pages of them. But you will figure it out.
If you are in Charlotte NC, I doubt is was Bish as he should be somewhere close to Idaho by now.
