Meet & Greet Meal Volunteers

We have our volunteers for the Meet & Greet Meal! Thanks to our volunteers.
One of the best things about the Rally is meeting new lifelong friends and the easiest way to do this is to volunteer.
We need volunteers to assist with the Meet and Greet supper held on the first night of the Rally - Friday, September 9th.
We need volunteers to help set up for the Meet & Greet meal and volunteers to clean up after the meal. If you would like to help, please reply to this post (Please no private messages). Designate if you want to help with set up, clean up or both.
We will contact you prior to the event with the time and place.
