We agree with Montana Man. There is a reason they shut highways down to high profile vehicles out west when winds get high. Watch the weather and plan travel accordingly. When the wind gets above 40 mph, it just takes the fun out of it. There is only so much you can do to a truck to overcome that big sail following behind you. Just my $.02 worth.
