Geez, sorry to hear about your problems with Keystone support. Guess I'll be scratching Keystone from my short list.
Others have mentioned these problems as being only a small percentage of the overall number of units sold. If so, then why can't Keystone own up to their "small percentage" of problems and fix them?
Poor customer service will bite them in the rear eventually. We all could cite examples of that happening in other industries.
