Dealer fix will be expensive and take a very long time for 2019 model like jdarwin's (or my unit is a 2018) which are out of warranty. Even the OP was out of warranty when he posted the question in 2019. The fix I suggested would be maybe $50 and a saturday afternoon.
Again - I have not actually installed my suggested fix - just throwing an idea out for discussion.
