Had the same issue within the first 6 months. Dealer removed the shower wall and cut a hole in that wall to get to the screws. After he got the pocket door reattached, I added a stained 2x2 with the leading end beveled at 45 degrees to the area under the pocket door when it is in the stored or travel position/location. This has eliminated the up and down stress that occurs during travel and still allows the pocket door to slide back and forth. We apply a little soap to the underside of the door once or twice a year. Works great in dry climates, but drags a little when we visit humid parts of the country. Have been looking for a thin nylon strip to replace the soap, but have not found one thin enoungh or that will stay attached that well.
