My truck was in the shop four times for this code. The first time they flashed firmware telling me that the flash purposely addressed this code. However, that didn't work for the truck coded again in minutes. They also cleaned the injector, replaced the injector, and replaced the pump.

Replacing the pump cost me 900 and it cleared the code. Cleaning the injector cost nearly 1000.
The mechanic connected to the truck and then shared the data that they were seeing with a factory professional. The factory professional said it was clearly the pump, but the mechanic was unable to reach this diagnosis. It was clearly a guessing game... change parts until we stumble upon the right replacement.
It costs me over 2k to correct this issue. However, they gave away several hours of labor so it could have been much worse.
