You need to measure
Hot to ground voltage =
Neutral to ground voltage =
Hot to neutral voltage =

You need to do this at the pedistal
At the end of the power cord going into your rig.
At each of the 50A breakers (left = , right = )
At each breaker (turn off all beakers)

I suspect you are missing a ground or neutral.
