If you have the correct track system, I'd give Lippert a call. They should know what size bolts are used on their system. If memory serves, they are about 1/2" or more longer than the standard bolts to account for the cam.
My 2019 has wet bolts all the way around. I haven't had a problem with breakage, but there are alternatives. IMO, it is a personal preference thing, but my rig came with them, so I'm keeping them that way.
With the weight of your rig, you should have had better than load range E tires. Your new Sailuns should do the trick.
