I Googled it and it may be mold on the A/C evaporator coil. That makes sense as the truck has not been used much this summer with the price of Diesel an all. I thought I would check with the expert here to see if any of you have had this happen and if the Lysol is the best option or if there is something else.
FYI we had a battery that had became low on water and was emitting a smell like sewer, even after filling with distilled water, still had to replace it. Glad I caught it in time it was extremly hot
