Follow up
As a follow up...I received the refurbished unit and if it is you sure wouldn't be able to tell. Looks brand new, packed as a brand new unit in the factory packaging.
I have just started playing with it but so far I am very impressed. I believe it's a great value and I'm very pleased with it.
