I'm sorry to hear that. That's where we bought ours as well in 2019. We always received great post sales service from them. Covid has definitely had an impact on available qualified service staff. The crew that was there during our warranty period is not there anymore. Although, even last Fall when we had a 2nd AC installed by them and they were pretty good to work with. It seems that with shortages in both trained service techs and available service parts the entire industry has taken a hit.

Anyway, I hope your rig is in good working order and you are able to get out and enjoy it!
