You might want to ask Sailun why a tire having "made in Vietnam" on it's sidewall has a plant code 1Y (1Y - SHANDONG HUATAI TYRE CO., LTD. - CHINA)?

1YJ is the new code and is the Vietnamese factory, old 2 digit code was YJ.
