A truer word was never spoken. As soon as I got this trailer home in March I knew the sound system was SO terrible. Tried to fix it by cutting out the gimmicky Furrion speakers and replacing with JBL. Worked better but the Furrion receiver is junk - so is the TV. Bought a Polk sound bar with wireless sub from Best Buy and already had a Sony BluRay wifi player. Connected those to the HDMI ports of the TV and now I've got great sound (for an RV). I lost the ability for radio stations which I don't use nor the outside speakers so the Furrion receiver sits hidden back there....never to be seen again...
